History Class

I am surprised with my feelings about History! Because I always thought History as a difficult subject, with boring classes, tired meeting. But in the first day Dr. Hendrick surprise me with a Bio poem activity. I loved to do and to share with our classmates. Dr. Hendrick is a wonderful teacher, she really knows how to make the History class become interesting! We read books about Cherokee way of life and after she went to North Carolina with us to know the Cherokee Community. We read the book of Martin Luther King Jr and I was fascinated with his Life History. A man who fought to have equal civil rights between with and black people. He fought without violence. I really admired him. Thanks to Mr. Hendrick to create a great desire in me to study more about American History.
